As she continues to investigate the mysterious cabin, Lisa finds that barriers are breaking down between the past and present. Long-buried secrets are filling her mind, and finally she starts to understand what really happened to her all those years ago when her father took her to Lakehurst.

Meanwhile, John is starting to make some breakthroughs of his own. Although he struggles to believe in the paranormal, he's becoming increasingly convinced that at least some of the local legends are true. What really lurks out there in the forest? How far will Joe Hicks go in his efforts to keep the past hidden?
