THE GHOST OF OLD COAL HOUSE
When Arthur Foreman travels to his sister's house for Christmas, he has no idea that he's about to uncover a terrifying secret.
The year is 1843, and Arthur works for a London publisher. Arthur's employer regularly receives mysterious packages from a man named Walter Ward, who lives at Old Coal House. And Old Coal House just happens to be in the same village where Arthur's sister lives. But who is Walter Ward, and why does he persist in sending ghost stories to London?
As he tries to get to the truth, Arthur faces a second problem. Something is clearly wrong with his sister, but he struggles to get through to her. And when she throws him out of her home, Arthur finds himself stranded in a snowstorm. His only option is to go to Old Coal House, knock on the door, and ask to stay the night. But what else lurks in the house, apart from the strange Mr. Ward?
