Amy Cross The Other Ann

THE OTHER ANN

Ann Garland lives alone, avoiding other people whenever possible. She's happy like that, and she has no intention of ever having anyone live with her. All she wants is her own company.

And then, one day, an inter-dimensional portal opens, allowing two billion survivors to flood through from a post-apocalyptic alternate reality. These survivors are exact copies of people who already exist in our own world, and as humanity struggles to cope, governments around the world decide that there's only one option. All citizens have a duty to take in their doppelganger.

Ann has a doppelganger.

Forced to live with a copy of herself, Ann quickly realizes that she won't be able to cope. Her doppelganger is the same as her in almost every way, except she's lived through World War Three in a parallel world. Soon, Ann starts to realize that the doppelganger is hiding something. Is Ann paranoid, or is she about to be replaced?

The Other Ann is a horror story about two identical women who have to face one another, and about the dangers that lurk within us all.
